Design a cohesive product experience across three distinct platforms—native banking apps, web platforms, and third-party links—while maintaining consistency, usability, and trust. The experience also needed to account for dependencies on external merchants and handle potential failures without degrading the user journey.

This project highlighted the importance of designing for complexity behind the scenes while maintaining simplicity for the user. Balancing multiple platforms, stakeholders, and external dependencies required a structured, systems-driven approach.
It also reinforced the impact of design as a driver of product value—creating experiences that not only function well, but support long-term growth.
